Mini fridge for Breastmilk?

Question

My husband and I were considering putting a mini fridge/freezer upstairs in our little living space with a bottle warmer to hold breast milk for night time feedings. Sounds lazy, but all of our bedrooms are upstairs and that would keep us from having to go up and down in the night. Thoughts? Has anyone done that before? We have a Thrift Shop where I work so I could get one inexpensive.

Good idea! Lol. You’re not going to want to go up and down stairs during recovery if you don’t have too.

With my first we lived in a house where the rooms were upstairs, and I used a lunch pale with ice packs 😂😂 so getting a mini fridge is definitely a good idea.

For my first baby I lived in a two level house and I did this. I had no regrets it was totally worth it. I sold it when I got done pumping and everything.

I did this with my first and it was great! I pumped every night and once I was done never felt like going downstairs to store the milk, so would just put it in the mini fridg along with my pump parents and then would wash in the morning.
