Looks similar to when I had a yeast overgrowth on my skin. I got lots of dark brown patches, particularly where I would sweat a lot. A doctor gave me this weird shampoo thing to out on which would take 3 months. However I also ended up with thrush at the same time, and took a canesten pill which not only clearly the thrush, but cleared the brown patches almost instantly too.

Sounds weird, but try antidandruff shampoo on it. I had similar marks and they’re completely gone now!

Looks very similar to tinea versicolour. Definitely get your doctor’s opinion but if it is what I think it is, it can be easily treated using medicated cream. Good luck!
