Are you for or against the Equal Rights Amendment?

"Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex" is the full text of the Equal Rights Amendment.

It's been 100 years since women have had the right to vote.. 100 YEARS. that's not even that long.. there are still people that are living at 100 years old currently.

Why are we still waiting for equal rights as humans.. it just doesn't even make sense why we are still waiting for the Equal Rights Amendment to be ratified, with one state left to do so, we might just see it ratified in our lifetime.
