Does anyone else get bad lower back pain before and or during their period?
I always get bad lower back pain a day before my period start and during and it drives me crazy! Not only do I have bad cramps but I have bad back pain too and almost have to have two heating pads on me so one is for my cramps and the other my back!😖😒 Does anyone else have this issue too?
