Weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, etc. Have you ever lost a friend over them not inviting you to a big life event? Or vis versa, did you lose a friend bcs you didn’t include them in a big event?

My real life example. My husband and I have friends that got married. They had a decent sized wedding. The friends also asked us to borrow a ton of our decor as well as help with a few wedding crafts as I have a small crafty business. We said of course, helped and lent out. But then we found out we weren’t invited to the wedding. They never told us tho...we found out through friends. We’ve seen them many times since finding out we weren’t invited and before the wedding and just assumed they would explain to us why we didn’t get an invite, but nope nothing. Just life as normal. The wedding was last weekend. My husband has blocked them from all communication. Facebook, Instagram and from calling his phone.
