My last period was april 4th I’ve taken numerous of pregnancy test all negative last day I tested was CD 73 still negative I had one day of spotting (light pink) should I test again. I cramp on and off and I get nauseous every now and then. I called my doctor at day 90 he said give it a little while and it should come on. I do have pcos but I have never went this long my longest cycle was 57 days and that was last year it never goes this long. I have been trying to conceive as well so I’m just lost at this point anyone ever had this happen and end up pregnant?
