Plus size sex

Me and a friend of mine have became friends with benefits and we’re both overweight(he’s a bit bigger than I am) . Last night we tried to have sex for the first time and he’s kind of on the smaller size down there so he couldn’t keep it in me more than a few strokes... any suggestions? Neither one of us finished and we want next time to be better
