Why hasn’t my period come?

I had my first period about two years ago, and ever since then it’s been pretty regular. I was supposed to get it eight days ago, but it still hasn’t come. I’m a virgin so I know it’s not because I’m pregnant. Is this something to be worried about or should I just wait and see what happens in the next few months?

Personally, I wouldn’t worry about it too much unless you start feeling pain. I’ve had my period for a few years now and it’s also pretty regular. However, every now and then my period will switch up. For example, it was about a week long and very regular. Now, it’s about 5 days long and later than usual.
