How to survive at the gym
Basically I got my period at like 4:38 AM this morning and I’m 3 days early
So I have training at the gym and I can’t cancel so I just wanna know how do I survive it like I have tampons but I’m scared of them at the gym what if they leak (not sports tampons)
And I also have jumbo pads but why wear those to the gym they’re so uncomfortable in public
So yes can I please have some advice on what to do? My training sessions last like 30 minutes and I leave in a little less than 5 hours
