Can your water break in the shower and you not know?

Just had anxiety driven thought pop in my head while taking a shower. Could my water break in the shower and not even know it??? Has that ever happened to anyone?

Also had the same thought in the shower yesterday. 
I peed (>< I’m so ashamed lol) and then I thought what if I’m not peeing and it’s my water??

My water just trickled out a bit and I thought I had peed. But then like 10 min later, there was a pop sound and it came gushing out...it was a weird feeling, so I think you would know if it happened in the shower.
