Nuvaring
I just started the Nuvaring 3 weeks ago. This past Sunday (2days ago) was my three week mark and I was suppose to take the ring out for a week. I forgot to take it out Sunday night and I waited until Monday around 12pm to take it out. Is this totally okay? I will remember next time I just wasn’t at home Sunday.
