My OB is out of town this week-he stripped my membranes Friday before he left, told me I was a 3, and that I would most likely go into labor this weekend. He said if I didn’t go into labor to go to the hospital to get the baby checked out on Tuesday because I’m big. I check into triage, the nurses have SUCH attitude when I explain why I’m there, they sound like they don’t believe me when I tell them I’m having mild contractions. After spending all morning in there they send me home 4cm dilated and having stronger contractions than I’ve had all week. I’m so uncomfortable & frustrated. I had thought the baby would be here by now, I’m 41wks today & HUGE, but wanted baby to come when he’s ready and hoped I wouldn’t have to be induced. Ugh. Just feel so frustrated 😞 not to mention it’s 112 degrees here today where I live & I’m so puffy everywhere 😣
