Is it only me who this happens to or you ladies experience it?

Just when I think my period is finished I get this gush of blood at the end sometimes it might be like a clot or just more blood and then boom no more period. Not sure if I’m explaining myself well but am I the only person who ho through their expected amount of period days thinking ok it’s just the little draining stomach go that may only require you to wear a panty liner then it’s like guess again because some last minute blood or a tiny blood clot comes down😑does anybody else experience this or when it’s the last day of your period it’s just the last day and nothing else. Please share I want to understand
