I have started to take phentermine about 13 days ago I have already lost 11 pounds by eating right and walking at least a mile or two a day. I think it has been pretty good for me so far I have had days where I eat things that I wish I didn’t But over all it’s doing good I think.

I was wondering if anybody that has been on phentermine and had irregular periods before and took phentermine to help them lose weight diddid it to help them get there period Kinda on track?

Or get there period back ?
