Do you think it’s acceptable for people to just show up at your house unannounced OR, that your SO has told someone they can come over and neglected to even ask(not that he would need permission, but in my opinion, it shows a little respect) or tell you they’re coming over, just for them to show up when you’re looking like hell from working hard in the yard all day?? I’m not in the mood to host or entertain. So freaking frustrated.

Edit to Lisa. I said OR, however, he wasn’t technically invited. He was 5 minutes from our driveway when he called my husband and I’m guessing my husband felt obligated to say yes. He lives 30 minutes away. He has showed up unannounced before this. No that’s not my husbands fault but this time around he could have said we weren’t home given my state. This is my home too and I just feel like it’s not right.
