So to put a very long story short I am on cycle day 38, negative hpts, AF about 5-6 days late. My lower back and pelvic/uterus area have so much pressure not really cramps just super uncomfortable. This DOES NOT feel anything like my period, I called my doc and she says if AF doesn’t show to call next week. Has anyone had this and ended up pregnant or is this just a super off period because my periods have been the same since I was a late teen. Not sure if I should insist to see my doc sooner
