Anxiety mental health
So I keep getting invited to baseball games with my boyfriends family. I don’t know his family very well and I have terrible anxiety especially with large crowds and people I don’t know well, like my boyfriends family. I get dizzy and very restless when I’m anxious and I’m worried it’ll be a struggle for me to go and I’m really dreading it. I’ve avoided going multiple times to these games but now I finally agreed going. Any tips on managing this kind of anxiety? I use essential oils and that helps manage my anxiety decently. Although I’m always afraid it won’t be enough especially at large events with a lot of people. Any advice would be extremely appreciated! 😞
