Birth plans?

What were your birth plans? Did you plan it all out and it go as planned or did you wing it and just let the world work itself out ?

I don't have a plan, I just have 3 requests that I want - as long as baby is healthy and thriving - and I'm told as long as he's doing well they will be granted. 
1. Vaginal birth if at all possible and preferably no meds 
2. Delayed cord clamping 
3. Baby straight on my chest and stay there for an hour, with breastfeeding as soon as possible

Wing it. My plan was to not have a plan and decide in the moment. I didn’t want to have a plan written out and it not follow that and stress over it.

My birth plan is pretty much : don’t touch me, no interventions what so ever, leave me alone, let my body do what it wants..I want to catch my own baby, daughter/husband cut cord after delaying..and don’t take my baby out of my room 🤗 
The hospital workers don’t tell me what to do, I tell them what to do 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I’m just gonna go in at the last possible minute and push a baby out ..and then hopefully go home the next day! 
Obviously I know anything could happen but I’m not gonna dwell on the what ifs

I never bothered with my first nor this one. I just go with the flow. Having a birth plan hardly ever goes to plan anyway and then you're just left feeling dissappointed. I've heard all too often from midwives that when someone comes in with a birth plan its like a negative omen and shit just goes wrong.

I had a plan and it did not happen lol. Planned all natural, did workshops and meditations etc... ended up induced at 37 weeks and took pain meds and epidural. I think it's good to have an ideal situation in your head but to also be ready for everything because it can definitely change! Be ready for whatever could come that way you're not left feeling disappointed.
