AF due today and BFN

I’m currently 14 DPO and still have a BFN. I’ve had so many symptoms. Spotting brown, headaches, back pain, nausea, extreme fatigue. AF was due today but hasn’t shown up so I took a test and still negative. Do I just need to wait a few more days?
