Motivation

I have been trying to workout more and eat a lot healthier for a really long time. Although, I only ever make it maybe 2 days until I give up. I know that it will probably take around 3 months to get my body where I want it to be, so I really need some motivation to help get me through! I would love if you guys motivated me in the comments or left workout/diet tips and tricks down in the comment section❤️
