Any premie/micro premie mamas?

I had my little one at 23 weeks. I’m currently home trying to exclusively pump and it’s been so hard.. I’m 12 days PP and my supply is extremely low. Is it because of what happened with my birth and being so early? It’s seriously so discouraging. I’m literally doing everything...

Hey girl just relax at 12d pp your milk could just now be starting to build up since some women’s milk doesn’t come in until 10d pp. keep pumping every 2 hours and pushing water it will build up no worries!!!

Currently In The NNICU w/ My Loves They Came At 22wks 6d , And Yesss It’s Because We Were Still So Early That It Hadn’t Had Enough Time To Actually Produce ! I Tried Hard For The First 3 Weeks But I’ve Stopped Now Because Each Time I Would Only Get A Few Drops In The Bottles And I Was Pumping Every 3 HRs And Still Wasn’t Getting No Luck! It’s Very Aggy !

I’m a moderately prem mum (32 weeks) and due to my complications barely had milk. Pumping was devastating with the small amount but nurses assured me anything is good. We mixed fed and my supply didn’t pick up until she could breastfeed at around 8 weeks. Even then we mixed fed and had to supplement with donperidone. We did get a few months of solely breastfeeding which was great. Hang in there it’s definitely a long hard journey but so worthwhile.
