Please tell me the sciatica goes away after you have the baby..I’m in tears and can barely walk 😭 my heating pad stopped working and ice makes it worse and I don’t want to keep taking pain medicine 😫 ..

It didn't for me!!! I love stretching it out!!! It is litterally the only thing that helps my pain!!! Look up pregnancy safe siatic stretches!!! I do them almost daily!!! I have had siatic since my first pregnancy almost 9 years ago!!! Pain meds don't work for me with this pain!!

Stretch .... and do some squats love it should relieve the pain a little of for a while. I had to start stretching everyday to be relieved from it 😩😩😩

Have you considered seeing a chiropractor? I had really bad back pain since about 24 weeks and the only way I could manage is by seeing a chiropractor. I'm now 37 weeks and haven't had major pain since I started going.
