Asthma tips
I’m trying to play volleyball this year and I have asthma as well as I am very out of shape. I take my inhaler about 10 minutes before practice starts. Every morning we run 3-4 laps around the gym and that’s enough to get me dizzy and I can’t breathe. When we start suicides it’s even harder for me to keep up.
I was wondering if anyone knew tips for while I’m running to control my breathing better and how to push through without hurting myself?
