2 periods in one month

I've had my IUD since November 9th I've had one MC with it in place. And None stop constant cramping/ labor like pains and now I'm on my second horrible heavy period for this month. It started after I passed a huge silver dollar sized clot... is this normal? Should I worry? I lost my insurance recently and I'm still in the process of getting on my husbands
