Should I give up on trying to conceive baby #2?

We have been trying for a baby since my son turned 7 months...
Im giving up completely guys OPK and Pregnancy test gives me anxiety.. was it hard to conceive baby #2? Or is every women different?

It took us seven months with our second pregnancy, which ended at 8 weeks. Our third pregnancy took 11 months, she was born at 20 weeks and passed in our arms. Our third pregnancy was a surprise and only one cycle after the loss of our daughter.
