Possibly pregnant?

My husband and I aren’t trying for babies, but he has made it clear that if I did get pregnant he would be happy about it. I randomly started my pill 2 days after my period ended. The second night of taking my pill he came inside of me twice, and again for the next three nights. I told him that my pill might not even be fully effective but as I said he was the first to admit he would be happy with a child. Do you think it could be possible that I will get pregnant? Or is my pill effective based off of when I took it?
