Hey all! So I am on my second round of Femara. I ovulated on cd12 and was expecting my period on day 28. It came and went, so I tested yesterday and today (cd30 and 31). Both were negative :(

I've had incredibly sore breasts, nausea, headaches, and now a fresh crop of acne on my face.

I called my doctor, and her advice was to take another pregnancy test this afternoon and if it was negative, she'd prescribe me something to jump start my period.

Should I give up hope for a BFP this month?

And I've never taken anything to induce a period before (I totally spaced on the name of the drug), so I'm a bit worried that my normally predictable cycles will be out of whack or I'm going to have a bad period. Anyone have any advice or experience?
