Washing baby clothes

Hey guys. I got a bunch of used clothes I was washing for the baby but I used my soap instead of the free and clear I got for his clothes. I know it's not the end of the world but if I just reward after with the other soap will that remove the first stuff? I realize it's probably nothing but I already did a load in free and clear so if he has a reaction I won't know to what detergent!!
