Sap removal #help! 😥😨

Unfortunately I dont have anything to shield my car from where my parking spot is in my complex. There is this tree that drops sap on my car hood, windshield and sometimes random spots on the door. When I take my car to get washed the sap doesnt come off for nothing! I've tried alcohol with a rag and it helps a little, but some of the spots have dried up with the heat and it now looks like a white dot.. does anybody have any recommendations? I seriously hate the way it makes my car look😭
