I’m 5 months due. Although I’m not breastfeeding my baby for now but i do have the definite plan to BF my little one when he’s here. I find my husband not comfortable about it when it’s the time for it. He says it’s embarrassing. He argues why you should be BFeeding baby in public. And, I don’t approve him ever and always tell him that my hungry baby in public would more important to me than you or anyone else. I won’t keep my baby hungry for hours for the sake of yours and of public who don’t even realise that it’s baby’s right to be fed whenever he needs even if he’s in public. I neither have to find a public toilet to feed my baby in the shit nor have to hide myself because I’m not doing something to be embarrassed or shy of.

Don’t get bothered for anyone than your baby even if it’s your husband. Make him realise of child’s right and needs. I think it’s the basic right of baby and of mom to have the support from community for breastfeeding.
