I have my first dating ultrasound tomorrow - wish someone could tell it everything will be okay!
I’ll be 7w5d and I hope there is a heartbeat and baby is growing on track.
I haven’t had any spotting, been tired & nauseous. I hope these are all good signs for a healthy baby 💞 any reassurance is appreciated !!
