Baby aspirin and progesterone after miscarriages

I have had two consecutive miscarriages and all my GB white and has told me was to take prenatals if I was going to try to conceive again my two miscarriages I had or after a live birth of my son which is currently 5. I have been reading and I read somewhere that some women have been taking / been told to take progesterone and baby aspirin, has any other women in the situation I am ever heard of taking progesterone and baby aspirin and if so what I take that along with prenatals or is that instead of prenatals?
