Some help small place

In a 3 bedroom tight space qe have a dog two children 5 and 1 and have all small bedroom. The newborn and 1year old daughter sill be sharing a room once the baby sleep through the night just trying to think i thought about a co sleeper arms reached thought about a mini crib or a bassniet. A pack and play takes up to much room in our room. So not and option. My son took up to 9 months to sleep through the night my 2nd took a month soo not sure what the best option. I know we could even know be tight fit a full size in daughters room what qould u do??
