I’m getting my nose pierced friday. I’m 16 and going with my mom. Is it okay to sleep with a bandaid over it. like one of the little square ones just so it doesn’t get snagged on anything?? Also i go camping and i have a lake. i know i’m not supposed to be swimming with it but it’s okay if i get it wet right???

edit: my nose is also oily and especially in the morning it’s very oily. will it be more prone to infenction then??
