Hello I’m a first time mom

I’m due on August 17th and today my doctor asked me if I would like to be induced or if I’ve thought about it.... I told her I have not but now that she mentioned it I’ve been thinking heavy about it.

My original plan was waiting for my body to do everything naturally such as my water breaking, baby coming on her own, and I also do not plan on having an epidural. So I’d like to hear some pros and cons from everyone who has been induced before.
