Suicide HELPPPPPP
Someone i love was cutting their arm and they called for my help. They asked not to say a word after breaking down and telling me stuff (briefly tho). I don’t know what to do I wont be able to sleep. I am concerned that the person will get hurt at night. Should I say something to someone. I am trembling I don’t know what to do
