Sometimes i get diaper rashes if i wear pads the entire duration of my period(especially when its warmer out) I’ve never had it like this before. I’m actually not sure what this is, I’m freaking out!!! It’s a bit itchy but I’m trying not to scratch it, when i touch it its very skin irritated. And its red?!????! Plz help with any suggestions or guesses on what it is.

For now im going to bed with no pants on to let it breathe.
