New mom questions

1. At what age can I start bringing the baby out of the house like for shopping or dining?

2. What age can I take baby in the pool?

3. What age should l allow or not allow multiple people to pass the baby around (my in laws decided they were all going to come visit us and have a cookout of like ten people where they all wanna meet and love up on the baby) at three weeks old!

I know vaccines are a factor, and I’m not gonna take him in the pool in the first month because it’ll be way too hot here. But what are y’alls opinion?
