hey so i'm new here and i kinda have i big problem rn,,, so little of a backstory, i got my period when i was 9 years old and my period's always have been very irregular like it goes from 3 months to 6 months. then, my last period happened in january 21st last year.. so basically i've been period-less for almost a year.

so, i just got my period recently and i am on my 6th day and my flow is still a crime scene, and my cramps are so intense and painful that i'm now bedridden for days now. like, i'm taking advil and other painkillers and it wouldn't go away. it's so painful that i can't even describe it.

what should i do? help me out fam
