Any couple get pregnant with low sperm count?

DTD twice in one day 3 days before smiley face on Opk.... Skipped a day.. DTD twice 1 day before smiley face... Today!  Smiley face so should we wait until tomorrow or tonight it will be 24 hours?

My husband has only one testicle due to cance. And we are on our third child together :) 
Female sperm can live up to 5 days inside a woman's body. Male sperm can live up to 2 days. Just don't make sex a chore and allow him the chance to relax and enjoy. You too both bodies have to be relaxed and receptive...because if y'all are stressed its less likely to happen. Stress in men can cause sperm to die and make a woman's eggs non receptive. Hell it can even delay or stop ovulation. 
Don't worry about when ovulation is just be happy to have sexy time with him. :) besides unless you want a boy having sex within like 5 days of ovulation is just as effective :)
