So we have a 13 year old bull mastiff x lab mix. Unfortunately he is in very poor health at this point and has a disease that would require surgery but the disease he has has a rate of coming back 80% of the time so essentially the dog would have the surgery which would help for a bit but then the condition would likely return so with his age and the rate of the treatment actually working we have made the sad decision to put our dog down ☹️ his appointment is scheduled for tomorrow morning and we’re really sad about our decision. Anyways it is my husbands dog. He has had him since he was a puppy and I’ve lived with them for the past 5 years. My husband has basically had this dog his entire adult life and I’m wanting to do something nice or memorable for him. I was thinking of getting some nice pictures of Rex today and getting a nice portrait made for him but is there anything else anyone has done or can think of that I can do for him in memory of our doggy? Any ideas would be great. Thanks everyone 💕
