How soon after labor can you put on a waist trainer???
It isn’t a waist trainer. But I cannot think of the actual name of it to save my life 😂 pregnancy brain at the end is the worst. But anyways. How soon after you give birth is it safe or okay to start using like a belly support wrap thing? (If you used one)
