Please help put my mind to ease

I had an ultrasound today at 6 weeks+1 day. Baby measured 6+1 and heartbeat 116. However the doctor seemed to be unassure of the abnormality which I highlighted in green. Do you see what am I talking about? Do you have any idea what that is?? She wants to redo the ultrasound in a week.
