When you are cramping is it...

I’m 4 weeks and 3 days , I had light cramps nothing to worry, and a lot of bloating and gas, as of today I woke up with painful tummy like when you got cold, I’ve had a lot of pelvic pain cramps and my lower back is killing me, I went to my GP and she was touching my tummy and couldn’t feel any pain when pressing, and the cramps and pain I feel is like period pain but no bleeding, other than that she said my blood results were pretty good and she scheduled me for an ultrasound when I’m 7 weeks. I’m a little bit worried because of the cramps and back pain I feel.

I’m cramping intermittently through out the day, everyday so far. However it’s hard to tell if it’s gas or my ovary lol 😂 it’s all in the same area and things are moving around nonstop it seems. Lol

Around 5 weeks it was very frequently now it’s maybe 4/5 times a day, briefly and I’m 7 weeks

I find I only really feel cramps when u have to pee.. But not like bladder infection cramps, just uterus cramps
