i’m freaking out :( i don’t know what this is it came out of nowhere yesterday morning.

it is! my baby had it earlier today but after some diaper time in a cool house and a nice long nap it cleared right up :)

I think it does look like heat rash or milk rash, especially since it looks like it’s worst in the neck/chest/chin area.
