Miscarriage or implantation???

I had a faint positive line on my pregnancy test, we were trying for a baby while I was ovulating, and I’m 4 days late for my period. Today I started spotting. Idk if it’s miscarriage or implantation!!

Neither. Implantation already happened if you got a positive test. And it can be random spotting, not a miscarriage. Call your dr to let them know. But I wouldn’t worry to much. (I know it’s hard, I’ve had 3 MC)

Implantation bleeding cannot happen if your period is late or if you already had a positive pregnancy test.
It’s most likely just early pregnancy spotting.
