So I was supposed have an appointment today at PP for BC. I called ahead of time to make the appointment and the lady told me 12:30 I said okay. I show up to the office to check in and the lady at the front desk told me my appointment was at 12 but I showed her the text reminder I got and she said 12:30 was the doctors lunch. So I rescheduled my appointment and left. Had this ever happened to anyone before
