look like hives. my daughter had hives when she had an ear infection and ended up being allergic to the medication. this is what they looked like. similar to what’s on him.

Those look like hives. You should bring him to an urgent care or emergency room to have a doctor look at him. You may be able to send his pediatrician the photos and ask them if he should go to urgent care or Er. Better safe than sorry
