Can you wear white to a baptism?

Pretty dress!!!
I would ask the mom. I was going to wear white at my nephew’s baptism (I was the godmother) and when I asked my SIL in law she asked me not to because she was wearing white (totally understandable)
I wore an offwhite dress with large black flowers
Better to ask 😊
