Am I getting close to ovulating

I need help I have Been ttc am I never know when I’m ovulating I have been using clear blue to try to keep tract of it it’s hard cause I have pcos but I have two different ovulation test the first one I took Tuesday night around 9 or 10 ish the second one I took at 3:52 pm am I getting close ????
